Basic Requirements to Become an Evergreen Caregiver:

• Clean criminal background and driving record
• Valid Oregon Driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance
• One year previous caregiving experience
• Pre-employment  and random drug screening
• Be at least 18 years of age
• A reliable vehicle
• Willingness to work weekends and variable schedules
• Be able to follow directions and work independently
• Be caring, responsible and demonstrate good judgment
• Certification is desirable but not required
